THE LANGUAGE OF LOVE

Language is a method of human communication, either spoken or written, consisting of the use of words in a structured and conventional way.
It is also a system of communication by a particular group of people or country.

Hence, the language of love is a method of communication between two or more BEINGS in a patient, kind and trustful manner.  I am using the word “beings” because communication doesn’t only occur between humans it also occurs between humans and other beings like the communication between humans and their God.

The language of love is the most versatile of all languages in the world because everyone is capable of speaking, using and communicating with love.

February 14th- Valentine’s Day worldwide is known also known as “lovers’ day”. In a very plain manner we all just take it as a day when couples show more material love to each other, but Valentine’s Day can also be seen as a day to show and express more love to everyone around us no matter the race, tribe or status.
The bible gives us a clear definition of love in 1 Corinthians 13:4-8:-
"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres. Love never fails."

As we go through February 14th with that special someone be it a spouse or family don’t forget that it’s not just lover’s day but actually “LOVE DAY.”

Let us all pray for the grace to be able to love daily more and more. Amen.
Have a blessed week.
